Justin’s passion for entrepreneurship began early, growing up in a family where business ownership was a way of life. His father has owned and operated a swimming pool company for more than 40 years, giving him firsthand insight into the hard work, sacrifice, and commitment required to build a successful business.

Inspired by that example, he went on to build and operate his own business for eight years. That experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of ownership and the many decisions involved in creating lasting value. Today, he brings that perspective to helping business owners navigate the process of maximizing the value of what they have built and planning their next chapter.

A graduate of UConn with a degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics, he combines his background in entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and operations to guide clients through every stage of the transaction with transparency, preparation, and clear communication. He believes selling a business is more than a transaction; it is the culmination of years of hard work and deserves an advisor who understands what it took to build it.

Originally from the East Coast, he relocated to San Diego five years ago and quickly fell in love with Southern California. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips, discovering new restaurants, watching movies, staying active through sports, and exploring everything the area has to offer.
